Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

The Tony Nila website currently offers one interactive feature: the launch list. This policy explains what joining it involves.

What we collect

When you join the launch list, we store your first name, your email address and — if you choose to share it — the audience you identify with (for example, puppy owner or breeder), along with the date you joined.

How it is used

Your information is used for one purpose: sending you publication updates and educational material as the book Latent Minds and the wider body of work develop.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Unsubscribe at any time

Every update email includes an unsubscribe option. You can also request removal of your information at any time through Tony-Nila.com, and it will be deleted from the launch list.
